Lee Irwin, M.D.

Dr. Irwin is board certified in pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 2000.

He also holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in biological science. He completed his internship in preliminary medicine at the Reading Hospital & Medical Center. Soon after he completed his residency at Temple University, Dr. Irwin completed his fellowship in pain medicine at Temple University Mid-Atlantic Spine Pain Medicine as an ACGME accredited fellowship. He has also completed the Helms Acupuncture Course at UCLA.

Prior to joining Coastal Spine and Pain Center, Dr. Irwin was the Program Director at Loma Linda University Pain Medicine Fellowship Program, the Medical Director for the Center for Pain Management at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, the Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Dr. Irwin has also been honored with an award in Excellence in Research in 1994 by the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine. He has also taken part in multiple publications and presentations.
